The Manager – Travel agency (Accounts) will be responsible for managing the complete finance function for airline operations. The role includes overseeing receivables, payables, reconciliations, GST compliance, audits, MIS reporting, and financial controls. The position works closely with leadership, business, operations, and tech teams to ensure strong cash-flow management and scalable finance processes.
Accountability

Lead end-to-end finance operations for airline business including AR, AP, reconciliations, and reporting

Drive budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and financial strategy

Present periodic MIS, financial performance reports, and variance analysis to management

Oversee airline receivables including daily reconciliation, PG reconciliation, ageing, and escalations
-
Ensure accurate daily posting of receipts, revenue, and outstanding entries in ERP
-
Manage airline and vendor payables, payment planning, and AP–AR set-offs
-
Ensure timely GST filings, reconciliations, and statutory compliance
-
Handle internal and statutory audits and closure of audit observations

Strengthen SOPs, internal controls, and approval frameworks

Lead, mentor, and manage finance team members

Drive ERP optimization, automation, and process improvements
Skill Required

Strong understanding of airline finance and B2B travel accounting

Expertise in receivables, payables, reconciliations, and cash-flow management

Hands-on ERP and system-driven finance experience

Strong MIS, reporting, and analytical skills
