Exp - 5+ years of experience in production or execution management within Interior Design

CTC - Upto 15 LPA 

Location - Mumbai 

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of 5-6 production staff, fostering collaboration and efficiency.

• Set performance goals, monitor output, and provide constructive feedback.

• Oversee production planning and execution, ensuring on-time project delivery.

• Collaborate with project leaders to assign tasks and optimize resource utilization.

• Identify and onboard qualified vendors to enhance production capabilities.
